2011 Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 Vaquero

One of the most anticipated models in Kawasaki’s line-up for 2011 is the all-new Vulcan 1700 Vaquero, a bagger that will also reach North American shores next spring. The Spanish word vaquero means “cowboy,” which according to Kawasaki, means it would make the ideal ride for a independent, adventurous cowboy wearing handmade boots and a custom hat. The North American division of Kawasaki has recently announced pricing of the 2011 Vulcan 1700 Vaquero, with the all-new bagger coming with a MSRP of $16,499, and available in two color schemes: Ebony or Candy Fire Red. 2011 Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 Vaquero Spec

Visually, the frame-mounted fairing is lower than a traditional windshield or full fairing, yet still cutting a decent-sized hole in oncoming atmosphere. Also, lockable side-loading hard bags are styled to highlight the bike’s long, low look. The twin tapered mufflers maximize saddlebag capacity, and the low seat height with sporty one-piece seat contributes to long, low classic cruiser look. Spec Specification
